Don't waste your money
Don’t waste your money or time subscription to this site. You see the same profiles repeatedly. That includes the ones you’ve rejected, and the ones who’ve rejected you by not replying to your messages. And it’s not just the occasional profile that returned, it’s relentless. That’s without configuring for specific profiles, height, distance etc.

My recommendation is signing up elsewhere
I signed up just before the Pandemic hit. Turns out they bill you in 6 month increments with no email reminder sent. I saw a bill go through from them as Sparks network and contacted them immediately to cancel my membership and issue a refund and they refuse. Their business practices are terrible, Instead of letting you opt out and refunding you, and preserving a business relationship, they take your money and run. My recommendation is signing up elsewhere. Stay away.

I would not recommend this site. I signed up for 3 months. Matches were often from way too distant locations and the suggestions did not correspond to my criteria. When I attempted to cancel my subscription before my renewal date I was informed I could not! Still awaiting resolution for this. Stay away from this site!

I’m really disgusted with this site. Six month into a twelve months plan they charged me for another plan that I did not subscribe to. They charged me $658.80 for the new plan! I emailed them, explained the situation, and they didn’t help and even wrote at the end of the email that their “decision was final”. Reading between the lines, they weren’t to listen to me or help me resolve the problem. I reached out to Fair Trading, explained my situation and had a case manager work on my behalf. They were able to contact this site and get my money back. I’m shocked with this behavour. Stay away from this awful company.

I was blocked
Never been blocked on a dating app until I tried this site, less than a week after I subscribed and I was blocked (for being fake). This app is not moderated well. I emailed customer services but the reply looked fully automatic! I’ve deleted and subscribed with hinge & happn, where they don’t block their customers. It is okay if you don’t subscribe but if you do pay a subscription you’re going to be blocked in a few days time, for made-up reasons.

Waste of time
I tried this site for about 2 months. After about 200 emails and many many chats, I finally connected with someone. She is about 90 minutes from me. So far things are looking pretty good. Unfortunately, this site doesn’t give the man the tools to shut down all those damn heifers! It should be required that all body shots are required!!! And the descriptive terms used is BS! Curvy??? Why not just use 1/4 ton and 1/2 ton??? Then there is the distance with everyone I try to connect with, they were no less than 50 miles away. Even when I set my parameters! If you have time to waste, then this is the place to hang out!!!
