This is by far the worst app. They charge you a monthly fee, they give you 10 credits which they do not tell you, once you’ve used those credits, you have to purchase more, and most “people” on there are FAKE, very robotic response. A lot of bots, fake profiles, & scammers. I’ve never met a single real person on this app. You’ll get an alert every seconds, someone liked you but that person never viewed your profile before liking you. Then you keep wondering how’s that even possible. When someone sent me a message, I was like yes finally a real person, then someone else sent me the same exact message format, then I realized it was A.I randomly sending me messages from random users I check earlier.

This company I thought was legit is full of scammers. I contacted my bank & got a full refund, no questions asked. My bank knows they are a scam. Fake profiles & people who are dead still on their website, what a joke. Thanks for my money back for your fraudulent website.

I won't waste my money again
On numerous occasions I have not been able to send messages. I click on the icon but message doesn’t send. I have emailed the company to report but have never received a satisfactory answer as the problem still exists. I have called but I apparently get put on hold as music just plays and plays and plays! No one ever answers and my problem never gets corrected. I won’t waste my money again. Starting my 4th month and no correction to the problem.

Keep clear of these nasty people.
This is a horrible site – please don’t waste your time with them. They take it upon themselves to adjust whatever photo you have posted and edit/change it to show only your face – I mean a very, very, very zoomed in shot of your face. I was horrified when I checked my profile and all I saw was my face, every line, wrinkle and scar – none of the background images of boats or gardens or nature – just a big FACE. How embarrassing. As I said, keep clear of these nasty people.

This site really was a huge waste of money. Despite setting up my profile as wanting only local, I only received potential matches from people far away. I constantly was getting a notice to beware they were investigating someone who contacted me as suspicious. It seemed most people on the site were not actually real. The few people I interacted with had the same experience. This site was a HUGE waste of my money and time. Do not waste your time!

Its gives you poor matches
Its gives you poor matches and doesn’t give you the chance to search. You just have to accept what matches they give you. From the start, the autorenew facility is switched on and no warning is given in advance so it automatically renews after 6 months and there is no right to cancel. The first thing I would so is go in and turn off autorenew. Saying that, there are better sites that do allow you to search.

Be aware
I thought I would give it a try! Dreadful site, can’t get any support, no access to help. I have cancelled my subscription and will be contacting my bank to make sure they don’t take any more money. I had forgotten my password….so they sent me a link…however I had to put my current password in before I could change it…???? Last time I joined one of the sites I discovered that after I left it and deleted my profile and photo that it was still on the site 2years later. So be aware

At first, I signed up and got messages that you can’t view cos you have to be a paid member, paid, saw the messages and replied but stopped getting replies back. It’s a scam for you to pay. I think there are actually no real messages. Tell me how someone that’s liked me and I liked back and we are a match is online and keeps getting my messages wouldn’t want to reply?

Horrible experience
Awful app. Horrible experience. After using the app for two days (and not sending any messages or even matching with anyone) I received a message to say I was permanently blocked due to my ‘behaviour’. I cannot possibly imagine how I could have violated guidelines without actually communicating with anyone. I’m a respectable 45 year-old woman, so perhaps this site thinks I’m expendable. However, I found the whole experience rude and upsetting. It’s shocking that they claim to be founded on principles of ‘respect’ when they can treat people so badly.

So disappointed
So disappointed and think this is a fix. I joined this site about 1 month ago – did not subscribe, got lots of emails telling me how lucky I was and what a huge amount of interest I had! Guys were viewing my profile, every day for 3 weeks it told me I had at least 8 visitors. So I spent just over £32 for a months subscription. Four days, not one view on my profile!! Very disappointed! I wish I’d read the reviews here and saved myself some dosh. Thanks for nothing!!!

The site is awful. If someone likes you and they don’t have an account, you’ll get a message from them. That’s how they get the commitment. You will then find that the message is generating a CPU. When you contact that person, you either don’t answer or say they haven’t contacted you.

Personally, I have to eliminate multiple fake people every day which results in a complete waste of time. People go to this site to find a partner, but what they get is a bunch of fake accounts that claim they want to know you but end up trying to get your email and other types of information.

I personally have to weed out multiple fake people every day, which translates to a complete waste of time. People go on this site to find a companion, but what they get is a bunch of fake accounts claiming to want to know you but in the end they’re trying to get your email and other types of information.
